Everything on my path, just like yours, has had a role in shaping my life.

My 20-year vocational journey has included mentoring children and teens in foster care, working as a Case Manager and Street Outreach worker with unhoused women, running groups for teens, hospice care, counseling women and children survivors of domestic violence, providing spiritual care and mental health care in both a mental health hospital setting as well as a general hospital setting, working as a Spiritual Wellness Provider at Canyon Ranch Wellness Resort, running a drop-in center for hungry and unhoused adults, and directing children, youth, and family programming in religious settings.

My unique education and experience in social service work and spiritual care, coupled with my fondness for providing supportive care, has led me into becoming a Spiritual Wellness Coach.

My mission-in-action is helping people to recognize their innate gifts, to be in touch with their natural capacity for resilience and connection, and to learn to access their spirit to experience healing, excitement, and true joy in their lives.  It has worked in my life and I've seen it transform the lives of those I've worked with.

It has been a gift for me to have journeyed with so many people from various walks of life. 

My life is richer for it and I can't wait to work with you and share that richness with you.
