Hello, Friend
Everything on my path has had a role in shaping my life and leading me to becoming a Spiritually-Integrated Life Coach.
I have worked in case management and counseling for the abused and unhoused, in spiritual care at hospitals and at Canyon Ranch, and in ministry for youth and families. I have volunteered with at-risk youth and people in hospice. I have experienced loss and major transitions in my own life. I continuously seek out opportunities to enhance my skills and learn new evidence-based mental health and spiritual care practices to bring to my work.
My unique education and experience have given me the tools needed to walk alongside you as you navigate life transitions, work through challenges (past and present), and follow inspiration.
It has been a gift for me to have journeyed with so many people from various walks of life. I look forward to getting to know you!
