Mental Health First Aid

Take this certified course to learn how to help someone experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. The course provides education on factors and signs of mental health and addiction-related concerns, give you tools for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and helps you navigate where to find help.
