Leading a Board Retreat
Work with me to plan and lead your board retreat. This allows you the space to be with the board and participate in visioning activities. A board retreat with me includes a spiritual framework, deep discussions, activities that inspire, an action plan, and playfulness. Let's talk and create something unique for your team.

One-on-One Wellness Coaching
For You
Burn-out among leaders is common. You are leading your community AND you are a human being journeying through this life like everyone else. You may be going through divorce, parenting, empty nesting, job transition, or working on grief, forgiveness, and self-compassion. I am here to help you care for yourself as you would care for others.

For Others
Your staff and members of your community may need extra support that is outside of your scope or time limitations. I am able to meet with them to support their spiritual, emotional, and mental health needs.

Responding to a Mental Health Crisis
It is estimated that more than 1 in 5 adults are living with a mental illness. Work with me to increase your confidence in appropriately responding to a person experiencing a mental health crisis. Beyond the crisis, we will navigate how to move forward by connecting with the right resources and creating care with boundaries.

Caring for Survivors of Domestic Violence in Your Workplace
Intimate Partner Violence affects 1 in 3 American women and 1 in 4 American men in their lifetimes. Work with me to learn how to appropriately respond to help survivors and protect them. This includes connecting to the right resources, being trauma-informed, and how to create safety plans for them in the workplace. I am also here to support you through this emotionally-heavy, and sometimes triggering work.

Responding to a Grief Crisis
Shocking deaths, a difficult diagnosis, natural disasters, the abrupt exit of a prominent member of your community, and building fires are just a few of many the losses that can rock a community.
When your community experiences a crisis, it is helpful to have a trusted guide help you detangle the layers of grief, anger, and confusion so that together, you can create a multi-faceted supportive plan to light a path for your community.
