What we know is that this is an impossible ask that continues to leave Spiritual Leaders feeling drained, burned out, and like you are not fully supporting your communities in the ways that you desire. My diverse experience has equipped me to support you through navigating crisis, re-imagining/forming Youth and Outreach Ministries, and training your staff and volunteers in best practices.

I am a knowledgable, neutral coach who can come along side you and help shoulder the weight of the work.

It is estimated that more than 1 in 5 adults are living with a mental illness. Work with me to increase your confidence in appropriately responding to a person experiencing a mental health crisis. Beyond the crisis, we will navigate how to move forward by connecting with the right resources and creating care with boundaries. Consider hosting me for a Mental Health First Aid training for you and your community (available in-person or virtual).

Caring for Survivors of Domestic Violence in Your Congregations

Spiritual Leaders are often the ones to hear intimate partner violence disclosures that are current or historical. Work with me to learn how to appropriately respond to help survivors and protect them. This includes connecting to the right resources, being trauma-informed, and how to create safety plans.
