The Little Book of Grief is a printable workbook that goes over losses, the impact of childhood loss, the four types of grief, how grief lives in the body, the grief strategies from well-known experts, and my 3 R's of grieving.  There is space for reflection throughout, and it is a great resource to start acknowledging the grief in your life and to begin to compassionately coexist with grief so that you can grow and heal.
