What is your book about?

My book is titled There's Not a Baby at the End of This Story: A Candid Guide to Grieving Miscarriage & Infertility.  In it, I share our own story of miscarriage and infertility to undergird teachings about grief and loss.  It's full of raw storis, evidence-based tools, spiritually-centered practices, journal prompts, and believe it or not, some humor. My hope is that reading it feels like sitting with a good friend over a cup of tea.  You'll laugh, you'll cry, and you'll leave saying, "I needed that!"

Everyone!  I imagine that it will really hit home with women ages 25-55 years, but it is for each of you.  Miscarriage and infertility affect huge numbers of people, and grief affects everybody.  You will gain tools and understanding for how to approach yourself in your grief and how to approach (and not approach) others in theirs!
