Mental Health First Aid equips you with the confidence and skills to appropriately respond to a youth or an adult experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge, from mild to moderate to crisis scenarios.

Jessica offers Youth Mental Health First Aid and Adult Mental Health First Aid training to all groups.
All trainings are for people over the age of 18.
Sessions Available for both Youth MFHA and Adult MHFA
Note: MHFA has a value of $170 per person.
You may inquire about a per-person rate for smaller groups.
Minimum of five participants is required.

Complete In-Person
7.5 hrs for Adult Course, 6.5 hrs for Youth Course
in-person with Jessica Field.
This can be broken up into two days.
